Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very basic and tired, not worth the price paid, but at least they were clean, quiet, and cool. However, the bug-infested room with green bath water and power outages was a major drawback. The hotel felt more like a cheap pub room than a luxury stay.
I stayed at room 14 for our last 3 nights, which was clean but in need of updates. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Pen y Fan, yet it was uncomfortable having to walk through the restaurant in a dressing gown to reach the pool. The dining experience could use some improvement, however, dinner was exceptional and served promptly. The facilities need TLC but offer a range of options to enjoy.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although comfortable, needed some improvements like the bathroom. The location was great for exploring the Brecon Beacons, but the hotel felt a bit worn out. The dining experience was good but had some quirks. Overall, it was an average experience with room for enhancement.
